Tanya Peacock – Member (At Large #2)

Dr. Peacock is an American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Fellow with 28 years of healthcare experience. She joined the board in April 2026.

She holds a PhD in International Management from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa, a master’s degree from the Army-Baylor Graduate Program in Health and Business Administration, and a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M. A former U.S. Army MEDEVAC pilot, she has led a wide variety of healthcare organizations and has overseen medical training and education spanning EMT certifications to doctoral-level degree programs.

Dr. Peacock is a wife and mother of two sons. She served on several nonprofit boards and is active in veterans’ organizations within Montgomery County. She is committed to serving this community with integrity, compassion, and purpose.
