Adrian Kaiser joined the MCHD Board in September of 2026. He is a dedicated welder, equipment maintenance professional, and community leader. He began his career with Kaiser Bros in 2008, developing skills in welding, truck repair, small-engine repair, and equipment maintenance. Mr. Kaiser later became a foreman and part-owner of Oaks & More, where he helped operate a family-owned tree farm and landscaping business and gained valuable leadership and management experience.
Beyond his professional work, Adrian has served his community through elected public office in Montgomery County, beginning in 2018, with subsequent reelections in 2020 and 2022.
