Montgomery County Public Health

Welcome to Montgomery County Public Health!  The Montgomery County Hospital District’s Public Health Department is responsible for promoting a healthy, resilient community through health education, disease prevention, clinical services and emergency preparedness activities.

 

We are located at 1300 South Loop 336 West, Conroe, TX.  We are in the Service Center, which is the building on the right (east) side of the MCHD campus.

Childhood Immunization

Changes Announced

The state has announced changes that have resulted in cancellation of Shots Across Texas. For more information, go to: www.vaccinatemctx.org

 

Current Outbreaks

There are no current outbreaks in Montgomery County.


Immunizations

by appointment ONLY

12:30 – 4:00 p.m.

**Please bring all immunization records and correspondence from school, if available, to this visit.  If the patient is a minor (less than 18 yrs of age) is not accompanied by a parent, please provide proof of legal guardianship, or a letter from the parent/legal guardian giving permission to have another adult consent for the child, along with a copy of the parent/legal guardian's drivers license.  Immunizations will not be giving without proof.

If you are a student needing a vaccine, please call our office as soon as possible to schedule an appointment so we may better serve your needs in a more timely manner.

**Please note, if you are moving to Montgomery County and need to continue treatment, please have your current provider send your entire medical record at least one month prior to moving to ensure you have medication before your first appointment.
