Services Covered
Clients on the program may receive basic health care services such as: Physician services, annual physical examinations, immunizations, medical screening services (blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol screening) laboratory and x-ray services, family planning, skilled nursing facility services, prescription drugs, rural health clinic services, inpatient hospital services, and outpatient hospital services.
In addition to basic services, clients may receive extended heath care services such as: Advanced practice nurse services, ambulatory surgical center (freestanding) services, catastrophic oncology services, colostomy medical supplies, diabetic medical supplies and equipment, durable medical equipment (DME), emergency medical services (EMS), home and community health care services (in special circumstances with authorization), mental health counseling services, physician assistant services, and federally qualified health center services (FQHC).

Prescriptions
Prescriptions are currently filled at most major chain pharmacies and many local pharmacies in the area.

Copayments
Co-pays are based on income but do not exceed $20. Prescription Co-pays are $7.50 for generic and $12.50 for brand named drugs per prescription per month.
