Special Events

Hong Kong EMS Visits MCHD


in the fall of 2005, representatives from the Hong Kong Fire Department visited MCHD.   They were visiting Communications Centers in the United States as they studied opportunities for restructuring the dispatch process and ambulance deployment strategy in their home land.   MCHD was one of two sites visited during their trip.

UK Visitors Seek Data Solutions

 

In June 2004, MCHD welcomed a contingent of guests from the United Kingdom.   The group was exploring best practices for integrating medical data as a part of the largest civil project in the worked at the time.   The $11 billion project seeks to integrate all aspects medical information in the United Kingdom.
