General Knowledge Exam
The General knowledge examination is a multiple choice test. This test is not timed, and the number of questions varies according to the applicant’s certification level. Applicants must score an 80% or above on the general knowledge exam. Because the examination is not protocol based, it is recommended that the applicant use the most recent paramedic/intermediate text books as a study guide.
